Website templates guide

Artlook offers currently eight different templates (and more are added all the time) to choose from for your website design (and you can ask us about custom designs too). Each of the templates then has an option to choose from eight different font sets and eight different colour sets, making over 500 different permutations available. On top of that there are little tweaks our support team can make to these if necessary to suit your needs.

Most of these themes use a carousel of your images on the home page. IMPORTANT to make the carousel work, you nee to add the images to the Images section of the grouping which has the content for the first home page grouping (this must be of type Web_home and have a sequence number of 0 or 1).

You can preview all of the in the Settings > Website section of Artlook.

Traditional. This is a simple clean classic theme.

Standard. A more modern theme with full width display.

Contemporary. A very up to date theme with a dropdown hamburger style menu.

Cards. A neat card style layout throughout the site.

Logical. A very clean modern style. IMPORTANT. Your first home page group should have a title that starts with the words “No title”. The design is such that the home page group does not display a title and these words instruct the site to follow that rule for this theme. This theme also features a Search function.

Sidebar. An elegant full width theme with the menu to the left side. This follows the same rules as for Logical (above) and includes a Search function.
