Provenance

Provenance is held under the Inventory area and refers to where the artwork has been and whether it is or has been in any exhibitions or events. There is a free text area where you can write a general description and an area to enter a new event.

New event

• Event – name of the event
• Type – choose from event, exhibition, purchase, loan, rental or other
• Dates – to and from
• Description – free form for adding extra information
• Price – the price of the artwork during the event

This event will appear in the calendar once it has been saved.
