Stock record details

The stock record details are held under the Transacting tab within inventory, containing details of:

Editions – if there are any editions for this piece, they will be listed here
List price – how much the artwork is being sold for
Date – the date the artwork entered the gallery
Price – how much the artwork was bought for
Status – whether the artwork is available, sold or loaned

Most of this information is pulled from other parts of the system.

This area allows you to enter details relating to the current location, location since, transaction notes and condition of the artwork.

Offers

The offers area shows you any offers which have been put forward for that particular artwork.
