System Menu

At the far right at the top of the screen, you will see your login name. Clicking here will reveal the System Menu.

*Your account.*This shows you the status of your account, the details of your licence, your renewal date and the users you have registered.

*Your notifications.*Artlook sends messages to you from time to time. When you have a message or notification you will see a bell symbol by your name. To read your notifications you can click that symbol or at any time click this menu item which will also show you previous messages.

*Manage users.*To add, edit or delete users of the system. See separate Knowledgebase article on this subject.

*Renew or upgrade.*If you wish to renew or to change the licence (licence type, number of users, number of artists, etc) you can do so here.

*Cancel subscription.*We would be sorry to see you go but this is where you do it!

*Subscription invoice.*You can download your most recent invoice (receipt) for subscription charges here.

*Export data.*You can export all your Artlook data to a spreadsheet and download it. Please note this does not include your images.
