The stock record details\n\nare held under the Transacting tab within inventory, containing details of:
Editions\n\n - if there are any editions for this piece, they will be listed here
List price\n\n - how much the artwork is being sold for
Date\n\n - the date the artwork entered the gallery
Price\n\n - how much the artwork was bought for
Status\n\n - whether the artwork is available, sold or loaned
Most of this information is pulled from other parts of the system.
