Grouping record details

Once you are creating or editing a group, the following options are available to you:

Core Details: Title:  All groupings must have a title. New Grouping Image:  Click here to add a group image.  If you do not choose one, Artlook will choose the first image in the group.

Grouping Type\n\n  All groupings must have a type, either select one from the drop down box, or type a new one in here.  There are option for web page types here, which will enable you to control the content of your website.

Dates: \n\nAny dates you put in here will automatically feed through to the calendar, making the grouping visible from the Dashboard.

Location: \n\nYou are able to copy and paste the google maps link in here to show a location map and link.

Additional Information\n\n  Any extra information you may want to add to the grouping.

Further details\n\n  Any additional information for the grouping.

Link event: \n\nThis will enable you to add a web link.

Sorting priority: \n\nYou are able to start the images on a given number.

Do not show prices: \n\nYou are able to hide the prices using this check box.

Publish to website\n\n  This will ensure your grouping appears on your website.

Include all items on website: \n\nYou may want to add all items to website, in which case click this check box.

Before moving onto the next tab, make sure you press the Save button.

Items\n\nYou can add items already in your gallery by clicking in the box and selecting the pieces. You are able to select multiple pieces here.  Once selected click on the Add Items button and they will appear as part of the group.

Images\n\nClick on Add Images to select images from your filing system.  Once added you can add property details (only relevant if entering onto website) to make the image clickable to link through to an artist or website.  You can also re-arrange the order of the images.

Video Upload\n\nHere you are able to upload a video or enter a link to an external video.

Documents\n\nYou can upload pdf documents to this screen.
