Artist records

Artist Records\n\nWhen you click to enter the contacts area, you will see all your contacts listed in index card format as a default.  On these cards you will see rectangles in the bottom left had corner to indicate the contact type, it will show either grey (contact), blue (supplier), green (artist) or yellow (buyer).

If your contact is an artist, there will be additional tabs on that entry which relate to the artists.  These include works and artist details.

Works\n\nThe artist’s works are automatically populated into this area from the Inventory area and contain details of the availability and the cost.  You are able to print a report of the works listed or you can go into each inventory entry by clicking on the title of the piece, this will open in a new tab.

Artist Details\n\nThis area enables you to add a photograph of the artist and more biographical details.  You can also add information about exhibitions.
